Prolab is an established name in the world of professional audio-visual and stage equipment retail and distribution. They’re a one-stop destination for PA and conference system equipment, pro-audio and lighting products, studio and DJ gear, as well as stage rigging supplies. Their website didn’t reflect the professionalism and quality that the client delivers on. Prolab approached me with a web redesign and development scope that included content and tone of voice.
I worked closely with copywriters to set the right tone of voice for the company, then developed key messages and content for their website. By using their current brand elements sparingly, I redesigned the website to create a simpler, uncluttered experience to the user. Custom-drawn iconography, powerful messages and a consistent photographic style created a unique look that was true to their visual identity and conveyed their message loudly and clearly.
