101 Hamdan Sales Brochure

101 Hamdan Avenue is Dubai Holding’s latest office development. Part of Jumeirah Central, the tower is strategically located at an equal distance to both airports serving the city, and part of a wide mixed-use development. The architects behind it, Harry Seidler & Associates, made use of simple geometry to create a timeless, iconic landmark.

I was asked to design the sales brochure for 101 Hamdan Avenue to reflect the essence of the actual tower, its simplicity and timeless design. The inspiration for the brochure was the actual architectural sketch of the top of the building, which was turned into a unique and own-able graphic mark. Icons, charts, infographics, and maps were designed with the same aesthetics. The color palette was inspired by the surrounding materials, and the combination was meant to exude the premium feel that the tower embodied.
